So I got my roof done a little over 2 years ago, Anthony Cape and his crew has been nothing but professional, worked in… a timely manner, and responded every question quickly. They make you feel like it’s more than business, it’s family helping the community. Fast forward to now, I’m selling my house and there was minor concerns by the inspector, just small adhesive concerns, Tony sent out someone IMMEDIATELY!!!! Although it was minor and really had to do with differences of different roofing companies and inspectors, I was taken cared of with no issues. It’s crazy how he remembered me 2 years later. Customer service, quality, and overall experience was OUTSTANDING!!! Did I mention I’m active duty military, in a different state, and he communicated with my mom as well who is in Florida. In need of a good Roofer? The Heart Of Florida Roofing is it! I called several Roofing companies for about a month,… left meseges and have yet to get a response. Tony the owner at Heart of Florida Roofing answered the phone, was very courteous and professional within couple hours a Roofer was out at the house. I was given a complete explanation of what the problem was, what could be done and when it could be done. I was also give a good quote of the cost of the work. The next day the repairman was out again very Professional and courteous and let me know he was here to begin working. We had a surprise roofing issue come up during an inspection while selling our house. Tony, Steve and the Heart of… Florida team were able to come to our rescue. They gave us an honest assessment of work that needed to be done and quoted a very fair price. HOF Roofing is a very professional operation, unlike many in the same industry. They were able to adjust their schedule to get our work completed in plenty of time for our closing, saving the sale and making both us and the buyers happy. After having a terrible experience with a so called roofing contractor “Roberto Acevedo” after the hurricane,RUN if… you come in contact with him and don’t give him your business or money! Anyway Heart Of Roofing stepped in and replaced my ENTIRE roof at a decent price, they were professional, thorough and organized. Most of all I now have peace of mind and no leaks! I had a flat roof screened porch. The initial construction wasn’t completed properly. So off and on it would leak over… both of my patio doors. Patrick resolved all of the issues. He took the time to explain and show options for a solution. He even suggested less costly options until I could add a correct roof. He explained the X and Y pieces and how they created an incline to allow the water to drain. I decided to go with this company. The roof was completed in one day. Patrick returned 3 times to fix the cosmetic appearance and complete what he believed needed to be done. They cleaned up their mess and were patient with my questions. My husband and I would like to thank Tony and his team for installing an excellent roof with no hassle! We had been… procrastinating getting our roof redone after storm damage. One of the most important things that Tony did for us was contact our insurance company and point out certain codes involved with roofing. He ended up getting us more money than we originally were quoted because the insurance company was trying to only find a partial roof which is violating Florida code. Then concerning the work done… we have had a lot of bad luck with contractors and we were a bit nervous, but Tony made the process very easy. Everybody arrived on time which is important in our busy lives. The roof was complete in two days. We also needed to have special work done involving gutters, sloping the roof and fixing leak in the ceiling. All were done to completion and we were completely satisfied. Months later and plenty of heavy rains, our roof has not leaked. I am hoping to work with Tony more in the future because he is very well connected and we have so many other jobs besides the roof!
